The success of the Fox and Fiddle chain owes as much to a popular "English Pub" concept as a strong management team lead by Terry. His skilled leadership is built on a degree in Business Administration from York University and a Chartered Accountant's Designation (CA). His sharp business sense was refined over many years as a CA at Deloitte & Touche and eventually as VP Finance for both National Trust and Canada Trust. Terry has now been involved in the hospitality industry for over 24 years. As part of his duties as President, he is responsible for key operations of the Fox and Fiddle chain including site assessment, construction and relationships with franchise holders.
Mary Stathoukos - Vice President
Mary has over 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry as an owner and operator. In that time, Mary has gained extensive expertise in restaurant management. This gives her a valuable insight into all aspects of franchise operations and business administration.
Mark TenEycke - Director of Operations
Mark began his career in the hospitality industry receiving honours in the hotel restaurant management
program at Sheridan college He has won both scholastic and industry awards. Mark has over 27 years of restaurant experience including 16 years directly related to the pub concept. He has been a valued member of the Fox and Fiddle chain since 1994 In his current role Mark works with the franchisees at their Fox and Fiddle locations to facilitate the smooth running of their operations and oversees the successful opening of new locations Mark also is currently on the board of directors for Toronto Region of the ORHMA (Ontario Hotel and Motel Association).
Nick Skentzos - Vice President
Nick is a graduate of York University and has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. In his dual capacity of Vice President and Director of Development, Nick is responsible for construction of new locations and site design.
